They managed to score 147 runs mainly due to the small contributions from the tail-enders. They wouldn’t want to repeat the same against Punjab Kings.

Like DC, Punjab batsmen too struggled to score runs in their second match against CSK after scoring big in the first match against RR. None of their opening players managed to score more than 10 runs in the match against CSK, The lone saviour for Punjab was Shahrukh Khan who scored 47 runs of 36 balls to help his team score 106 runs in 20 over’s. The best batsmen for them have been their captain KL Rahul so far but again he also performed only in the first match. So overall, the batsmen of DC, as well as PK, have struggled to perform consistently.

In the all-rounder category, M Stoinis remains the first choice player, although he hasn’t performed as expected in the first two matches but remains as the first choice batsman. C Woakes has been excellent with the ball and that makes him the second all-rounder to look out for. On the other hand, PK has Deepak Hooda as the third all-rounder and should be considered before making the team selection mainly because of his powerful batting.
PK vs DC Dream11 Bowlers
M Shami & A Khan both have bowled well and would be first choice bowlers followed by R Ashwin, who was taken to the cleaners in the first match but bowled quite well in the second match. K Rabada remains a great choice bowler but one has to compromise an all-rounder for him to be selected.
